I understand that all cheongsams from Rico-A-Mona Bridal are made to order based on the measurements, colour selections, and specifications I provide. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, I acknowledge and agree that:

Production Time: The production period for my custom gown is approximately 3 to 4 months from the date my measurements and payment are confirmed.

No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun or the order has been completed.

Colour Variations: The colour of the final garment may vary slightly from online photos due to factors such as photography lighting, monitor calibration, and device display settings. By completing checkout, I acknowledge this possibility and accept any minor differences.

Measurement Accuracy: It is my responsibility to provide accurate measurements. I understand that Rico-A-Mona Bridal will use the measurements I submit to create my garment, and I assume responsibility for their accuracy.

Allowances for Alterations: I understand that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the garment. An allowance will be included to accommodate any minor adjustments that may be required by my local tailor.
